Cooper
Resident Distraction & In-Therapy Dog
Cooper is Jeremy’s spirited Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a regular at NorthPsych Adelaide. Cooper brings warmth, unpredictability, and the occasional zoomie to the therapy space. He has the agility of a cat, the enthusiasm of a puppy, and the attention span of… well, a dog who usually ends up asleep in his bed halfway through your session.
Cooper plays an important role in helping people feel more at ease. His silly charm often helps break the ice - especially with kids, teens, and anyone feeling nervous or overwhelmed. He knows how to read the room (mostly), and while he may greet you with a tail wag and a funny look, he’s equally happy dozing off once you settle in.
